Canada Goose, a luxury cold-weather clothing brand, wanted to showcase their coats' cold weather suitability and embody their brand's adventurous spirit through an immersive journey.
I helped them create an innovative retail strategy by mapping out a four-part sensory journey. From walking on cracking ice to stepping inside -12°C Cold Rooms with wind and snow, visitors could test jackets in real winter conditions and experience Canada Goose's outdoor ethos. This approach prioritized immersion over inventory to showcase the jackets’ functionality, enabling customers to confidently justify the price point and leaving them with a compelling shopping story.
