Hub*, a technology brand with a rich device ecosystem, required a comprehensive media product roadmap and refined brand positioning that aligned with user behaviors across music, movie, and gaming contexts.

I helped them build their roadmap, defining cross-device user journeys and landmark mental models for over 6 products in the ecosystem. Leveraging insights from our international UX research, I also updated Hub's feature positioning to align with users’ understanding of how they pair, share, and transfer media across devices. My work influenced product positioning for 3 years, was featured in Hub's CES presentation, and became a case study that helped Deloitte Digital win over $500k in additional work.
