Onward*, an investment management firm, wanted to empower pre-retirement individuals with financial wellness education, serving both near-retirees and proactive young planners.

I helped them launch a retirement planning tool, empowering consumers to understand their financial option and plan for the future confidently. Leading positioning for both an MVP and full launch, I identified the key features consumers needed to trust this product. I also collaborated with a creative agency to craft a campaign spanning video ads, email communications, and direct mail, earning Onward multiple Gold and Platinum MarCom Awards, and solidifying their dedication to informed financial planning.
